- In-Store Purchases: We offer a money-back guarantee on all Valley Medicinals products purchased in-store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 7 days of the purchase date, with the original receipt and packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
- Online Purchases: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any online purchases unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product to initiate a return.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to determine the nature of the damage or defect. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement, at our discretion.
- Shipping Charges: We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify any claims of damage or defect prior to issuing a refund or replacement. We may request photographic evidence or require that the product be returned to us for inspection.
